Day 1,422: Election loser Trump skips White House Christmas party after finding out he’s a Supreme Court loser too

Donald Trump got thumped in the 2020 election by Joe Biden, losing 306–232. That didn’t stop him from filing frivolous lawsuits across the country and shouting baseless conspiracy theories on Twitter, however.

His last vestige, one he hyped for days, was a desperate pitch to the Supreme Court to get them to invalidate election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Trump went so far to call the absurd and undemocratic challenge “perhaps the most important case in history…”

It was always bound to fail.

Friday it indeed failed when the Supreme Court refused to hear the case. Despite appointing three of the nine justices, Trump got denied 9–0.

Trump was so thoroughly embarrassed that he refused to attend the White House Christmas party.

It’s over. It’s over, it’s over, it’s over. It’s been over. Trump lost when the votes were counted, and his team has been unable to show any type of real fraud, much less in large enough numbers to overturn the will of tens of millions of voters.
