Day 934: Trump has spent 26 of 72 days since June 1st at one of his golf properties
The total will be 34 of 80 by the end of his vacation.
The fact that Donald Trump plays a lot of golf — despite promising while campaigning that he would never pick up a club if elected — is not exactly a secret.
The White House rarely confirms when Trump plays, but on many occasions it’s obvious. Whether Trump is photographed on the course, exits his motorcade in golf attire, or the time spent away lines up with a round, it’s often apparent when he does play.
He can’t, however, hide when he is at one of his properties, and he is at them quite often. Since June 1, he has spent a whopping 26 days at one of his properties, 36.1% of his time, including each of the past two days. Trump has stayed at his properties after insulting American cities and between mass shootings. He has rubbed elbows with his wealthy customer-members and played with political and non-political buddies in three states and two countries in that span.
Trump is currently at his Bedminster, New Jersey property for what is expected to be a 10-day vacation. By the end of his trip he will have spent 42.5% of his time since June 1 at one of his properties.
