Day 923: Trump still more focused on cable TV ratings than actually working

Donald Trump’s schedule was embarrassingly empty yet again Wednesday, with only an afternoon meeting with the President of Mongolia on the schedule. However, he did find plenty of time to tweet and, apparently, watch TV.

His frequent use of “executive time” to watch cable news for huge chunks of the day isn’t a secret at this point. But it’s clear just how much he still prioritizes insulting cable news hosts and focusing on the ratings of various networks more than almost anything else in his life.

Of all the issues that Trump could be focused on — healthcare, the economy, criminal justice reform, foreign policy, learning how the U.S. government actually operates— he’s obsessed with Don Lemon, Morning Joe’s ratings and stripping awards for military lawyers who prosecuted a war crimes case.

How incredibly dumb (stupid}.
