Day 903: Trump is deeply disturbed and dumb, part 34,509
Donald Trump has quite the ego about his own intelligence — despite the fact that he has threatened litigation for anyone that reveals his collegiate grades — and physical appearance. He also loves insulting anyone and everyone that has any iota of a disagreement with him, despite the fact that his knowledge about subjects tends to be dwarfed by his opponents.
Enter Thursday, when Trump displayed all of that to a tremendously embarrassing extent.
Hours later, Trump deleted and resent the tweets with the nonsensical “1000/24th” fraction changed to 1/1024 — seriously, how can anyone who has ever seen a fraction write “1000/24th” and think it looks correct? — and the Alfred E. Neuman tag removed.
The tweets have everything:
- Joking about authoritarianism
- Slandering Democratic presidential candidates
- Racism
- Nonsensical phrasing and math
- Bragging about intelligence
- Bragging about physical appearance
- Calling himself a “true Stable Genius” [sic]
- Ranting about fake news
He is a truly a disturbed individual. While people like Paul Ryan are happy to speak out and try to play the hero and spin their personal narratives once they’ve left office, no one in Congress seems to even notice Trump’s bizarre behavior most of the time.
