Day 885: Less than three days after considering starting a war, Trump relaxes with a round of golf

Yet again, Donald Trump visited one of his golf clubs. Sunday’s visit marked his 199th such golf jaunt and 265th trip to a Trump property of any kind. Impossibly, he’s has played every 2.3 days in June.

This weekend’s trip is especially notable considering that on Thursday evening Trump nearly engaged Iran with airstrikes. The two nations have gone back and forth with hostilities after Trump tore up a deal with Iran that was working well. One would think that with so much chaos in the Middle East, with aggression being shown by both sides, Trump would be up to his eyeballs with reports and work, not 3-woods and sand traps.

Without a hint of irony, the trip also came just after Trump implored Democrats to work on immigration issues.

All of this came just a day after he bragged about how hard he was working.

Trump ended the day by tweeting out Fox News clips that were so sycophantic that they would be universally considered propaganda by the entire U.S. if another country ran them about their elected officials.
