Emoluments concerns and laziness issues combine for Donald Trump at many locations, but none more obvious than the days he chooses to spend at his own properties, where he plays a lot of golf.

He played for the 177th time on Sunday, eschewing any real work in a job that is as close to 24/7/365 as possible.

Sunday also represented Trump’s whopping 236th day at a Trump-owned property since his inauguration. Impossibly, Trump is closing in on spending 30% of his days in office out of the office and at his own properties.

He spends substantial sums of taxpayer money — while profiting along the way — on vacations. His most frequent destinations are to his golf course-based properties in Bedminster, New Jersey and Palm Beach, Florida, the latter of which Trump spent two weekends at in February and three more in March.

While campaigning, he promised if elected he would rarely, if ever, leave the White House or have time to play golf.

801 days in, 661 to go
