Day 678: Can someone explain what Trump is trying to say in any of these four instances?

Donald Trump has always spoken in a way that filibusters topics with random, often unrelated, thoughts. Those ramblings frequently tend to be wholly incoherent. Recently, that trend has only continued.
If you can understand what Trump is trying to say in any of these recent quotes, more power to you. You may be the only one.
On climate change:
On economics:
On the Federal Reserve and, possibly, anatomy:
On car manufacturing and sales:
Had any previous president said any of the previous four quotes, there would be questions about their state-of-mind, their intelligence or both.
For Trump, such bizarre musings are just considered another normal day.
