It has been nearly two years since Donald Trump took over for Barack Obama, and the former is still obsessed with the latter. As usual, that infatuation has little to do with steak and more to do with sizzle.

With policy failures and dysfunction everywhere, Trump has resorted to bragging about the size of lines.

So after 653 days in office, Trump is essentially in the same place as he was on Day 2, when he made then-press secretary Sean Spicer insist to the media and nation that — despite photographic evidence to the contrary — Trump’s inauguration crowd was bigger than Obama’s.
