A terrorist attack claimed eight lives in New York yesterday, when a truck rammed cyclists and pedestrians just blocks from the World Trade Center.

Donald Trump’s response?

  • Thought, prayers and incoherence

Rule 1: You can’t have a national tragedy without sending thoughts and prayers.

  • Tax cuts

*Announcer’s voice*: We take this opportunity to step away from a terrorist attack to bring you an update on Republicans trying to rob from the poor to pay the rich.

  • Double extreme vetting

Note: This tweet is literally four minutes after bragging about tax cuts.

Trump wants to take what he claimed was the greatest vetting process ever implemented and have Homeland Security to make it even better.

  • Lie

Trump got fact-checked and called out for that lie by Arizona senator and Republican, Jeff Flake, as well as The New York Times.

  • Divide

Sure, a terrorist attacks and Trump, after watching Fox & Friends, attempts to further divide the nation by blaming Democrats.

  • Back to tax cuts

Meanwhile, New York mayor Bill de Blasio and New York governor Andrew Cuomo have yet to hear a word from Trump.

Priorities.
