Day 114: When Trump doesn’t humiliate the nation on any given day, rejoice.

Today was one of about 10 days during his presidency that Donald Trump managed to not abjectly embarrass the United States.

Yeah, sure, he’s still in office, possibly controlled by the Russians, being investigated at the state and federal level for crimes ranging from money laundering to treason, is a national embarrassment, sits on Barack Obama’s shoulders to call himself tall, has no clue what he’s doing, is attempting to undermine some of the basic tenets of our checks-and-balances system and democracy at-large, and thinks he’s still campaigning, but still.

So we’re grading on a curve, but it’s been way worse, especially recently.

Let him keep reading football schedules to college graduates until the FBI figures things out. That feels like a job he’s qualified for.
