Day 1,403: Continuing pattern, Trump plays golf, tweets nonsense

In a pattern that is destined to continue until Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021, Donald Trump tweeted garbage and played golf on Sunday.

After Saturday’s visit, the golf trip marked Trump’s 304th such trip to one of his courses.

He also spent a good bit of trying casually trying to sow national discontent about the 2020 election, which he has done almost nonstop since Election Day. Trump’s baseless claims have been thrown out of courts across the country, and at this point, he’s just trying to throw red meat to his red base.

Meanwhile, Trump’s legal team pretended that lawyer Sidney Powell has never been part of their team, despite a Trump tweet from a week ago bragging about her involvement. Days ago, Powell nonsensically claimed that former Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013, manipulated voter software which allowed the 2020 election to swing from Trump to Biden.

There’s no coordinated strategy to any of this. It’s just about grifting at every level possible until the bitter end.
