Day 1,340: Trump has visited one of his own properties on nearly 1 in 3 of his days in office

Donald Trump visited his private golf club in Virginia on Sunday, his 297th trip to one of his courses in less than four years in office. As for trips to any Trump-branded properties, that number sits at an eye-popping 394 such days.

Those figures correlate to 22.1% and 29.4% of his days in office respectively.

Trump has played plenty of golf during the COVID-19 pandemic, with last weekend his only time eschewing the game during the previous 15 weeks.

He’ll play whether there is economic collapse, international incident or national disaster.

Trump cares not about what’s going on in the nation or the world, but rather, what time he can be teeing it up and grifting from the American taxpayer. Sunday was just more evidence of a very predictable pattern.
