Day 1,301: Blatantly racist Trump: Booker will lead ‘invasion’ of suburbia with low income housing

Donald Trump is back to trying to fear-monger his way to reelection by playing, again, to the “suburban housewife”.

Trailing in the suburbs to Joe Biden, there are no subtleties around Trump’s blatantly sexist and racist pitch.

Trump chose Cory Booker (D-NJ), the only Black Democratic senator outside of Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris (D-CA), as the one who would threaten the “safety” of the suburbia with a plan to “invade” neighborhoods with low income housing.

That Booker was chosen apparently out of thin air by Trump was no accident. He couldn’t even bother to spell Booker’s first name correctly.

On top of that, it’s telling that Trump thinks it’s still the 1950s with the “suburban housewife” standing in her pearls, drink in hand, waiting for her husband to walk in the door after a long day of work shows his perception of the world too.
